Burn Permit

Burn permits are required for all outdoor fires.  For a definition of a recreational fire click here.  Recreational Fire Specifications
Burn piles larger than  5 feet in height and 10 feet in diameter require a site inspection and a Provisional Burn Permit.  Contact the District Office for a Provisional Burn Permit. For a Burn Permit follow these two steps.

Step One

Click on BURN PERMIT and complete the form.  Once completed print a copy and keep it at the site of the burn.  You must present a copy to fire or law enforcement personnel upon request. If you’re unable to fill out the form on line, print a blank form and fill it out. BURN PERMIT

Fill out this form and submit.

Current Burn Restrictions

Open Burning is allowed with a valid permit.

Burn Barrels need proper screening.

Recreational fires are allowed in an approved pit.
